Important — Not an Accredited Institution: Townshub Academy is a private online training platform. It is not a registered school, college, university, or accredited educational institution under the laws of Cyprus or any other jurisdiction. Certificates of completion issued by Townshub Academy are records of course participation only and do not constitute formally recognised academic or professional qualifications. They are not equivalent to diplomas, degrees, or qualifications regulated by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Culture, Sport and Youth or any equivalent body.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing access to any content on the platform, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
You are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before using this platform.
You agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you by email of material changes.
3. What We Provide
Townshub Academy provides:
Pre-recorded video lessons organised into weekly modules
Live virtual sessions and Q&A calls with the instructor (where included in your plan)
A private community forum for students
Project briefs, feedback, and milestone guidance
Content is delivered in English. We make reasonable efforts to keep content up to date but do not guarantee that course materials reflect the latest versions of any third-party tools, APIs, or platforms referenced.

Week 0 (Orientation) is free. No payment is required to access it.
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) exclusive of any applicable VAT.
VAT may be applied at checkout in accordance with EU digital services VAT rules (Directive 2006/112/EC). The rate applied will depend on your country of residence.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
One-time payments are charged immediately. Monthly subscriptions (Creator plan) are charged on a recurring monthly basis from the date of purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law (Law 133(I)/2021), you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided that you have not accessed the paid content.
Waiver of right of withdrawal: If you access paid lesson content (Week 1 or beyond for Academy/Cohort; Week 7 for Inner Circle) within the 14-day withdrawal window, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost upon access. This waiver is consistent with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Refund eligibility:
Full refund within 14 days if you have not accessed any paid content.
No refund once paid content has been accessed, except where required by applicable law.
Monthly Creator plan: you may cancel at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period already paid.
To request a refund, email nnamdi@townshub.com with your account email and order reference.
6. Cancellation
One-time plans (Academy, Cohort, Inner Circle): There is nothing to cancel. You receive 1 year access from the date of purchase.
Creator (monthly): You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until the period expires.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Creator subscription. Please cancel before deleting.
7. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
You must not share your account credentials with others. Access is personal and non-transferable.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission.
Use the platform to post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in the community.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or download content in bulk.
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
Impersonate the instructor, Townshub Limited staff, or other students.
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, materials, and platform design are the intellectual property of Townshub Limited or its licensors.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content for your own learning.
Projects and code you build during the course belong to you. We make no claim over work you produce as a student.
By posting in the community forum, you grant Townshub Limited a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.
10. Third-Party Tools
The course references third-party tools including (but not limited to) Anthropic Claude, Google Antigravity, Supabase, Stripe, and Hostinger. These tools have their own terms of service and pricing. Townshub Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third parties. Tool availability, pricing, and features may change at any time without notice from us.
11. Limitation of Liability
We provide the platform and content “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that completing the course will result in employment, income, or any specific outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by Cyprus and EU law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Data Protection
We process your personal data as a data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Cyprus Data Protection Law (Law 125(I)/2018). Full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data, and how to exercise your rights, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by email to nnamdi@townshub.com within 30 days.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
